Eating late and sleep issues
With us all being a bit odd and deciding to spend our evenings out running this usually means eating late for me.
Which seems to make sleeping a bit of an issue!
Anyone else get this?
Re: Eating late and sleep issu
:D no i run in the mornings
Re: Eating late and sleep issu
:o sorry - pointless post no #482
Re: Eating late and sleep issu
Same for me. Running after work means later dinner, later going to bed, less sleep.
I do run in the morning sometime, but that means the getting up earlier than my otherwise 6-ish, time sleeping identical.
Sorry, but there is no shortcut.
One alternative I tried was the running commute. But that would be very high mileage.

Already get up at 6 and thats hard enough.......(thats 6 in the morn one hill....in the morning)
A running commute would be 70 miles a day! Pushing it a bit
Looks like I'll just have to leave steak till the weekend then!
