Had a cracking day yesterday at the Fell Relays based below the wall of the iconic Ladybower Dam. Fantastically organised by Dark Peak who pulled off a massive logistic challenge.
Even the weather was spot on.
Kudos to all involved.

I see on Twitter the 2020 relays have been cancelled by Helm Hill. Seems a reasonable decision. Roll on 2021.

Who is the host in 21?
‘After much deliberation we have decided to postpone the British Fell Running Relays until 2021‘ . . . suggests Helm Hill
Yes i believe Helm Hill are going to host it next year instead... and Carnethy (who were due to host in 2021) will now host it in 2022.
Good luck to all those heading up to Tebay tomorrow. The weather looks good.
I was going to be running but am fighting off the 18-months-in-the-making cold that seems to be sweeping the country. Poor timing.
Leg 3 looks fantastic.
There's a Youtube video featuring most of the legs. It's quite long so you can spend ages trying to find yourself or your teammates

It certainly looks very steep in places. Well done Carnethy and Helm Hill.

A good day for Dark Peak. So close in the Open too. I guess Euan will be in the A team next year. ;)
Great video and a great event. Really enjoyed the nav leg and my partner was pretty evenly matched, not really any mist on top so was quite straightforward, mainly just which side of Hale Shaw to take on 1 to 2 and 5 to 6
Hopefully a link to the map
