It was a great adventure though. The weather looks like being very different this year, which is a shame in a way - the deep snow made it into that adventure. It took me 3 hours to cover the 4 miles between Windy Gyle and the Cheviot junction last year in the long dark hours of the night, purely due to the snow. Even the winner Pavel was going at the same pace on that section too.
Jasmin has a good chance of the overall win. There are several other very good long distance athletes on the list too though.
