Can somebody recommend me a good, solid training guide book for ultra marathons? I'm a fairly seasoned fell runner, but could do with a little motivation and ideas to get me in shape for my next ultra.

Training for the Uphill Athlete - 3 authors, amongst them Kilian Jornet. Lots of interesting stuff, including training schedules for ultra runners.
That looks like a good book. A bit pricey but I have ordered a copy. Thank you Mike.
I found Relentless Forward Progress: A Guide to Running Ultramarathons by Bryon Powell very useful.
What sort of mileage do the rRelentless training plans start at?
