Please could I draw the fell running community's attention to this weekend's solo BG journey by Jonathan Tombs, a highly experienced Outward Bound instructor, and RO of the Howtown fell race. This is not a sub 24 hour attempt, but Jon's write up explains why he is doing this, and perhaps many of us can reflect "there but for the grace of my god".
