What's next? Sources of water?
But staying on the subject slightly. There was an interesting discussion on the wireless a few months back talking about when to take protein relative to exercise to allow it to be incorporated into muscle. I think the conclusion was that you should eat protein quite soon after getting back from a run.

I stick to that rule of getting a good protein intake after a run. I thinks its reccommended to get some within an hour of running or training to help muscle recovery. And for a protein based drink within twenty mins is best.
I usually have a banana strait after my run and maybe a chocoate milk.. Then home for a dinner or 2!
As for the above list.. My staples for pretein food are quinoa, beans on toast(brown bread!) and brown rice with curry or bean chilli!
Protein is found in pretty much all foods. Nothing to worry about with a varied diet.
