cant see ancelotti..
I'm surprised van gaal is in the running, due to his personality.. and age.. I'd like giggs but no idea, klopp ideally..

I think the key question for a new manager will be are they prepared to work with the Class of '92 hanging around or will they want a clear-out - probs either way methinks...
"You can't win anything with kids" - Mr A Hansen, 1995
The class of 92 have to stick around.. like the Babes they are the history of the club.. Barca keep people involved.
If Giggs wins his remaining 4 games and goes for it I think he'll be in contention.. I'd get Rene back at the club too.. I think Moyes big mistake was getting rid of too many of the coaching staff, he brought in Giggs but you get the impression they didnt see eye to eye football wise...
I cant see Keane coming back in, he's insulted too many of the playing staff..
I know.. and aren't 3 at OT?
But we haven't won 4 in a row for a while..
But if Klopp doesnt want it, there's not too many about.. Simeone is still just getting going, most are too old..
Blanc? But he's still building at PSG...
Giggs knows the club, respected by fans, some good players dont make great managers, some do.. look at Pep?
I think Giggs has a better chance than folk are letting on. If he was 3 years older and Moyes had drifted on for a bit longer Giggsie would have been in real contention
Anyone fancy this?

They have drawn up a short list: Gordon Strachan, Lou Macari, Nobby Stiles and Mickey Thomas - all only 5'6".
Stipulating "must speak good English" rules out a return for Sir Alex!:D
If Ryan Giggs turn out to be a good manager I'll eat my virtual avatar hat. I'm sure he's a lovely guy, but I don't think he has what it takes.
5 years ago I'd have agreed.. I'm not so sure now. He's obviously a clever footballer in the way he's adapted, he knows the club and knows the game inside out having played in or against most positions on the pitch.. but he's also come across as quite a stealy character. I've read a few players speak about his glare and ripping strips off players for not performing.. cutting playing down to size so we'll see..
A Chelsea and City win today ?
Liverpool hammer Chelsea erm......0-2 at home!?
City back on track for the title???

This was just round the corner from us, then there was more trouble when they played at Chester
Well done Chorley F.C on their 2nd promotion in 3 years. Only 2 more and the magpies are in the football league. Could it happen? Recent years have seen the likes of Accrington and fleetwood achieved league football from the depths Chorley are rising from. Unbelievably in the early 70,s Wigan Athletic were Chorley's rivals.
Andrew, I think Chorley are pretty happy with the job Gary Flitcroft is doing. Anyway, Mr Moyes will be far to busy counting his money.
That was in the days before there was automatic promotion into the Football League, clubs had to be elected into the League (after many failed attempts, one year Wigan even applied to join the Scottish League) In my early days watching Morecambe, they along with Chorley and Netherfield were the powerhouses in the Lancashire Combination but once the Northern Premier League was formed none of them made much impact.
Still fancy liverpool..
Good win for us, I know only Norwich, but we've lost plenty to the 'only x' teams this year or struggled.. we just went back to what we do, pace, energy, and looked much better. Still issues but think it shows we're not as bad as league position or pundits make out..
"We are a team that tries to win in a sporting manner, " Brendan Rodgers complaining about Chelsea's tactics..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ni0D7qN_lxk
And just last week..
I still think they will win and deserve to, I cant see City winning such a crucial game at Everton.. as much as it will hurt them I think Everton will win the title for Liverpool..
Just seen Danbert, if Arsenal win tonight.. 3-0 up after 70 mins.. then beat West Brom at the Emirates.. you face an Everton team with no hope of CL football and not much to play for.. as if Arsenal win the cup 5th and 6th will get Europa anyway, which is a consolation prize anyway..
I'm going for you drawing and winning two of the final three.. Liverpool drawing at palace then beating newcastle.. you get it on GD.. again..
Agreed that Arsenal win tonight might just be a factor in us possibly winning the title.
Everton fans will not be up for it like when we usually play there. You can't help but think this will run through to the players.
We will be on our game 100% concentrated. There will be a big difference in the mentality of both teams.
If we score early, it's done.
We need that early goal, then the Everton fans will cheer us and their players will get the message and mentally switch off.
Really pleased to see the Newcastle supporters having a go at that *anker Pardew tonight. They could have had a go at their team as well though, gutless performance.
