Makes sence really doesnt it, if you dont let your body rest, you will hit a wall eventually.
Done 3hree races this week.............no training today. Played snooker instead.Won something for once.
Really nice to put the feet up once in a while. Been a busy 3 weeks with races et al. Feeling a bit pooped at the mo' so need to cut it back a bit methinks.
