A versaclimber?
What's wrong with a versaclimber Baz?
bloody hard work......just been on again, the legs are killing me!
should point out mine doesn't have the seat on!
I didnt say there was anything wrong with it my friend? I was just making sure i knew what i was looking at!!
I tried one in the gym once and found it bloody hard work! I always thought of it primarily as a climbers gym tool-mainly because of the film K2, when the lead man had one in his office!
It does seem to give an all body workout though, more than a rowing machine or stairclimber?
Very punishing i think! Out of interest what made you plum for it Darren?
Ive just read my post again and think ive answered my own question!
Punishing, bloody hard work-yep thats right up your street Darren!:D
Emmilou that's the machine I was telling you about from Rocky 4.

I use a similiar machine at the gym, after seeing a guy using it who's done the everest marathon etc and is a fine fell runner.
I asked the coach at the running club about it, (who's done the Bob G R etc ) and he stuck it on a 300w setting for me for fifteen minutes...
really does sort the legs out..
if it hurts it must be good :)
guess finding the 'optimun setting, duration and frequency is important
I went to Woolworths at lunchtime, and they've started selling off things like shelving, counters, staff lockers, staff etc
I'm going to put an offer in on the escalators.
