    I'd have thought that would be ideal your last long hard run and then taper for the ppp?

    Off-road marathon - How about Beachy Head? Some years it can be done on consecutive days with Snowdonia and Dublin.

    Harry probably clashes with 3 peaks but Lochaber Mara is a good fast flat course i have a pb Of 3-40, on that particular course you can check the times and dates here :-

    It is a superb well organised race with the bonus of being in Fort Bill allowing the oppurtinity for a run up the Ben to shift the lactic acid from the legs on the monday .

    Looks good. Edinburgh too is well placed between PPP and Tebay. (Time wise, not geographically, for anyone questioning my map reading skills!)
