LOL that's funny XRunner... so it seems my girly knee level is only a mild flash of what's to come!

Mind you it's still more fun than the roads.. was out on a road run last night - the only things I had to beware of was broken glass and hoodies.. mind you I had a sexy leg's call from one gang - lol beered up buggers!! HA!!

Well if it was 8-9miles I dont feel so bad about how much tougher I found it then... one day I am hopeing that will feel like it was a nice trott out instead of tough run!

Get over those bog-related fears...enter this.

I can't think of a better way to spend a summer's day. Infact I think I'll do the bike event the day before too!

    Now that is funny!!

Unfortunatley I wont be able to go cos I will be having a beach party in Suffolk to celebrate my 40th birthday!!

Now there is a major excuse!! LOL (mind you b'day isnt till the 9th so perhaps I could drive to wales bog snorkle and still be back to the beach in time for the party?!)

It was pretty dry up there on wednesday night as well, wait until we've had a bit of rain, it's funny watching everyone sink.

We'll go along spittlers edge at some point there's some good bogs up there!

Well when I were a lad we 'ad propper bogs. Not like the namby pamby ones you get nowadays. The ones we 'ad would take 20 cart 'orses standing on each others backs before theyd bottom out.
My grandad was 'ard though. Fearless ee was. Used to go straight into 'em on the way t' pit. All youd see is his flat cap going across straight as a die and his pipe breaking the surface to snorkle in air.
I dunno, young uns today. dont kno they're born.

You 'ad cart horses!! You were lucky...We 'ad to use sheep off t'moor, we'd have to catch 'em first with nowt on't feet. Over time some families had kids wit' webbed feet to cope...
