7pm from the station car park. Meal in the White Lion at about 8.45pm.

Yes there will be a headtorch run and you are more then welcome, and that goes to anybody else.

hmmm, first Thursday in March is 2 days before Trollers Trot, so don't think I can take the risk of getting injured

oh, and you were right about Llangynhafal Loop being in March
it's the same weekend as Lad's Leap though, so think I'll be doing that instead...
