Hope it's not mate, but it's not the end of the world, broke mine a few years back, only in pot for three weeks and was out jogging on the fifth week.

Just got back from hospital and after going back in for more Xrays its not broken but I have done a lot of ligament damage and still might be a few weeks.
the doctor gave me light exercises to do and when I asked her if it would be OK to set the bike up on the turbo trainer she said swimming would be better. i asked "what, on the bike?" good job she had finished with all the poking about on my foot as she was not amused.
so much for 3 weeks of being T total. got to keep fit somehow though.
I am still easing my left knee back after the fall on XOTF. think I will take something safer up such as bullfighting
thanks for your concern.
done my first "run" up and down Ingleborough 4 weeks after the sprain but it still ached a bit so back to the bike tomorrow
