I'd very rarely make such a bold statement prior to what is essentially a two-horse race... but Liverpool aren't winning the league unless an absolute miracle occurs... there's no way I can see Manchester City slipping up against Brighton who now have nothing to play for. On the other hand, I could see Wolves getting a point at Anfield.
However i'd now make them massive favourites for the European Cup (can't bring myself to call it the champions league when a potential final is between two English teams, neither of who won the league last year!!). I do think Ajax would give Liverpool a much tougher game than Spurs. Liverpool know they can do Spurs, but Ajax are more of an unknown and seem pretty fearless.

Less than 20k tickets for each club. Not good.

Watched the match in my local tonight. There was a Tottenham fan there who was staying in the nearby Premier Inn on business. At half time he was contemplating going to bed. At full time, well you can imagine.....
