Yeah im having a go and i also will be doing the 3k and i will probably double up and do the 1500

I will be doing a few this year Saints Lad. Didn't get any done last year due to one thing or another. My 3k time is shite. Hoping Horsefield will do some and then I can try and keep with him and get a new pb!!!!

I know he intends doing some RR also know hes looking for around 8.08 this year

Thats what I like to hear. Someone who will drag us round to a quick time but I wont be near him at the finish. I would like to get under 8.20 realistically.

Youll do that but not straight after next sunday , hes been invited to do the European youth championships in Belgrade

I was a little concerned he had gone off a little after I had seen a few results and I saw him run at GM schools in Marple. But then I heard he had been a little ill but is now back firing on all cylinders. He should run very quick this year.

i'l be having a go at some of these hopefully try and get somewhere near 8.20

I'll probably give one or two a whirl. Not sure when though. I'm hoping to get my 3000m time down a bit this year from 8:11 and I'm sure that can be done at Trafford sometime if we get a few committed lads together in the same race and all are prepared to work hard at the front.
