Well at the moment i will be happy to be under 11 mins but i want as close to 10mins as i can get, by end of summer i want to be around 9.30
I remember the days i used to do the BMC 800's here...

it's a great track for PB's
most of mine were set there...
the rest were set on the cinders at Crossford bridge in Sale (strange but true)
I have set 2 PB's on this course but mainly set PB's at Wigan

Right 1st one next tuesday who's turning up ill be there doing a 3K in prep for my 3K steeplechase the following saturday

I'm hearing sick things about the 3000 on tuesday. 3 Big Guns all going for 8.10. Would be good to see RR and Bisto jump on this train!
