Lookin forward to these especially now that they will be running longer and with a new surface that should save us a few seconds!
Hoping to get under 8:25 in the 3k, but fastest times will probably be very late in season due to injury delays!
Sean Dirrane, Jonny Mellor and Matt Barnes.
If I race it will be the 800, but that depends on my first track session in a month or so tomorrow - am racing the BUSA steeplechase on saturday so thats my priority.

Not a cat in hells chance! It wouldn't be pretty at all after 2 sessions in 6 weeks but I think thats what you're wanting to see! Going to try a session tonight and play it by ear over the next few weeks - you may well see me at Longford in 4 weeks time.
Will be coming down to watch tomorrow should be a good race.
Bisto you should have a go at the last few are as you say the 4th one, a bit of coaching again would not go a miss lolas it worked on the 1500 last year
Decided not to run tonight as it appears to be a bit too windy for fast times. I'll go training at the club instead - I think a really slow time would knock the morale down ahead of a couple of key races in the next couple of weeks! Good luck to all who run tonight - I'm hoping to be at the next meeting to run the 3K as long as I can get away from work on time!
