Total Immersion Swimming

Last week I bought myself the teach yourself 'Total Immersion' swimming technique book and the results have been remarkable.

I've knocked over 3 minutes off my mile time by adopting the body roll approach advocated in the book.

It's amazing really.

New Mills is a bit of a treck for me Noel, but just by attempting to coach myself from the book i've completely `revolutionised` my own swimming in the space of just two weeks. I'm now Swimming a lot quicker, but it seems almost effortless.

the book & dvd has re-surfaced at home this week, must make use of it!

I think about his stuff when I'm swimming and made some ok progress on my own, but suspect you can get some really good benefits from proper coaching.
