More than suitable. Very runable and an enjoyable atmosphere. Pop up and run it, you will enjoy it trust me. See how the race was rated on www.runnersworld.co.uk

Might try to get along to this. Will Chaddy be in attendance, as I'd like to talk to him about the impending 'Meat Pie, Sausage Roll' shortage at OAFC now that the Latics have signed that fat waste of space.

As a Notlob fan I can only mean the big 'I am' .... Michael Ricketts. Doubtless we'll end up drawn against the Latics in a cup and he'll score against us, but that'll be about his sole contribution for the season.

Funny how he took up the offer of a 3 year contract at the Latics rather than the opportunity to train with some Championship sides, the expression 'a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush' springs to mind.

Pre entries have hit an all time record for this years Gravy 6 on Sunday. Entries on the day are very much welcome. Course is drying out nicely, suitable for road or trail shoes.

Starts at 11am, registration for entries and number collection from 10am.

    See you all Sunday.

Race route is very dry today considering all the rain we have had this last few weeks. Just ran it in warm sunshine. See you all sunday.
