Dom? Have you still got that file? If not I can send you one Swoop via post but not sure it will arrive before Sunday. Surely you know the course now Swoop anyway?

Never done it. Was thinking of doing it twice on Sunday. A warm up and then the real thing!

    See you all on Sunday.

Sorry Walker Boy but i've gone for The Gravy over The Turnslack.

I know i'm a cowardly, craven, yellow bellied chicken but i love this race.

Roadrunner/Chaddy, not wishing to anger Mrs.Notlob (anymore than I already do) is there much to do for the family whilst I'm running or somewhere nearby to go afterwards .... apart from go to the pub.

Yes i will be there, looking forward to meet you again brian.
Certainly hope so, much I think will depend on Hughes and Ricketts scoring the goals, I'd also figure that Ricketts knows he doesn't have many more chances if things don't work out for him at the Latics.

I have been asked several times today about the A57 (Snake Pass). It is closed for three weeks but only on weekdays. It is fully open on a Saturday and Sunday.

Stuggling a little bit with a niggling injury but hope to be able to run; if not will be there to support this superb little race

I wont be here now due to injuries
The race does not always go to the swift, but to the ones who keep running
