Hope all your training is going well. It was an amazing day yesterday. Hope you got out and did some training

I ran up over the 2nd half early yesterday morning. it was very cold in edale (-8) when i got out of the car. The trip round the top was very nice though. really firm under foot. nice going but a tough in a few places due to it being badly rutted which had frozen so a bit hard on the ankles.

Showing my ignorance here. When is saying do the up and down exactly which bit are we talking about ?. It seem s to read to me like only speedsters should try it.

Up and down is going straight from Grindslow to Ringing Roger, rather than round the rim of Kinder. It's about a mile shorter, but a whole lot hillier!
