    It would appear that it actually equates to 4.02 - I bet Papa is very pleased!! -- That was a very good time though.

    Yeah, give or take a couple of minutes . He is pleased, I will have to wait a full year to wipe that smirk off his face . Set off very slow, probably too slow but at least I know for next time.

    Dont really like porridge so I'll see if mapper will give me some soreen

    Yep going to have a go at this i was 2.30 at Coledale am aiming for under 2.30 for this i know still slow but will get round somehow!

    I've been looking at the route and it looks like a bit of a toughie!! That decent through the quarries will be interesting.
    Hoping for about 1:30, nothing stunning.

    Yep, Soreen's the stuff you need, but porridge (with a few additives) also helps.
