Can any recommend a good sport physio who specialises in fell running injuries in the Sheffield area? I was going so well then I developed a very sore hip, doctor says rest! I have tried a few physios and been disappointed.

Hi OTH - yes, I have a friend who lives and works in the Totley area of Sheffield who is a keen climber / fell-runner (and a Physio !) who does see many clients from these disciplines.

You are talking about John I believe. On ABBEYDALE road. I went to see him with a bad hip two weeks before the Rigby last year. Sorted it out completly in 2 session.
