    I would also advise everyone to buy a foam roller to prevent ITB!!!!

    You do not want Iliotibial Band Syndrome...it is not nice, you do not want it....

    Would you put your tongue on an electric fence...no because it would hurt.
    Would you like ITB, no...so buy a foam roller.

    Been running for over 40 years now Al, still not got IBS, when can I expect it

    Dont static stretch before running, it will inhibit performance. Dynamic is the way forward and will keep the body temp up whilst firing up your musculoneural pathways.
