Don't, I'm feeling so guilty about this. Managed to cadge an on the spot analysis session with TeamGB's soft tissue specialist today at Whirlow Fayre. The short version of his findings is that I'm currently screwed, and unless I sort out my underlying problem I'm right on the verge of even bigger issues. Amazing how quickly he realised what was going on, and his assessment explained exactly why I've had such a rotten six or seven months with injury. I'll email you Glen with the details.

Suffice to say I'm booked in for some fairly intensive stuff over the next few weeks! Pricey business this getting mended.

Don't fell guilty!!! Just get better. Can't wait to get you back out on the trails.. That's the important thing. Best take some time out and get better rather than run and aggravate it and make it worse.

Managed to get myself round this on Friday in 13.51. Overall a good hard day out. Certainly struggled in patches but very please to finish. Started just after 6 with the head torch on and finished with it on about 8pm.

Hi Ian, Thanks, Yes solo trip. i found that tough as just no one else to chat to when you need a pick me up. Also missed a few trods in places which i'm sure you would have been able to show me a better way.

Stuart Walker breaks 15 Trigs record ...

Huge congrats to Stuart Walker who reports shaving a minute off Simon Bourne's 15 Trigs record today.* By completing in 9 hours 57 minutes, beating Andy Harmer's long-standing DP record for this finest of bog trots and becoming the first DP member to sneak under 10 hours, the Chaplain will (subject to divine verification, I suppose) be wheeling out that keg of ale he's been sitting on these past several years.* Hats off to you, young man.

A superb effort as conditions were terrible for a large part of the afternoon.

I've been out today and met up with a small group of Glossopdalers on an attempt.
Obi being one of them. they were going clockwise from Glossop and were approx. I ran with them for an hour, they were 15 minutes up at Emlin. Not heard any thing since?
