With a resounding cunch, I managed to break my little toe last Sunday. It is still in the correct position, a little bit blacker than normal though, and isn't causing me much pain, just a bit of mild discomfort if I extend it. I haven't bothered to strap it at all, but I am running in the D&W MMM at the weekend, and was wondering if anybody had any advice as to whether buddy strapping with the 4th toe might be a benefit or not?
Or should I just take a couple of ibuprofen and consider any pain I suffer a suitable admonishment for my own stupidity!
