Most weeks 50 miles and 10,000 feet of climb.

When injury-free I'm similar to that though probably less than half the climb but don't particularly cut back on my rare racing weeks.

Not enough really, only about 40 miles and 10,000ft last week. I let myself down last week, jibbed on the Friday for no reason, and was supposed to be biking in Wales on sunday, but it was closed due to snow, so was in the car all day :/

last 4 weeks have had me doing Max 67 miles, minimum 45miles but ascent for me has been poor. only about 3-5,000 ft.

Focus changes though this week with much more climbing aiming for that 10000ft from now on.

I thought you did hill reps?
I had to bite my tongue and give them up when i started with the odd short race every now and again, they weren't doing me any harm but i found another way of doing my glutes which didn't involve running. It's like slowly choking yourself if i'm honest but the less running the better, docs have stopped me running altogether now but i'm going to get a physio's opinion on that decision asap.

Now would you all start again and spell out how, schedule-wise, you all find the time?

Riding the education gravy train gave me the time last week.

    Tuesday - Hill reps
(The hill is a field just over a mile away, i did 15 reps non-stop last time)

Thursday - Either 4 mile offroad or similar on road with a mate

Saturday or Sunday - Long run offroad, usually about 12 miles.

If that is all you are doing for the performances you are producing, you clearly have alot of potential. I expect great things from you in the future Mr Fowler.
