Wharfedale is a fixed route with no cuts allowed (although as TT says there's not really much scope for cutting anyway). We asked the question last year and that was the answer.

Anyone know if they allow transfers? I have an entry but cannot race. Would like to transfer it if allowed.

That was a great run today. We got good weather, & the route was even faster and more runnable than I was expecting. I wasn't expecting to get round in under 4 hours, but I did, with a few minutes to spare. Two people told me they thought it felt more like a road race, but how would I know? Great to see Rachel Hill back in action after such a long time out of long runs due to injury. Trawden were out in strength as well, not quite synchronised running, but their team spirit was showing!
