    Recuring Injuries

Many runners go round in circles without getting injuries sorted.

To many therapists rely on Ultrasound & Electrical equipment, instead of using a hands on approach.

    Re: Recuring Injuries

IA we can only go on the advice we receive at the time, most runners aren't experts so have to rely on the so called professional to get us back running.

I want advice not only from an expert but also from someone who knows what it's like to train and race.
Someone who knows the routines and determination that's involved in running.

Getting advice from someone who has just read the books or done the college courses is fine but having an empathy is as important.

Most injuries are put up with or run through. Goes with the territory. There are two types of runer, those who are injured and those who are between injuries.
Tao begets one. One begets two. Two begets all things.

Simple those who are injured should get injuries treated stop running. no pain killers to carry on.

And those who are not do everything to prevent injury
