    Lakes classic rock enchainment

I read about this a couple of years ago.
Checked FRA mags but it doesn't seem to be in there.
I know it features in the 2006 FRCC journal.
Anybody know of anything written on t'internet about it?

My climbing talents are not up to soloing them all, though I'd like to have a go. Think I'd get disco leg on Troutdale Pinnacle after that much running.
I was actually asking o.b.o. a friend who leads to E5 and has his moments on the fell too!
I'm sure the likes of Ron Fawcett and Paul Cornforth could knock it off before lunch...

I believe there has been a third one day ascent of all the Classic Rock routes in the Lakes but the name of the guy escapes me for the moment.

There was something on the net, I can't remember if it was a link form the kendal 'site though, the Kendal site does ring a bell though.

Mark Thomas did it a couple of years ago, solo and unsupported in 16 hours 17minutes.

    Thanks for the links folks.
Big runs at each end (Dow to Gimmer / Pillar to Borrowdale).
Thankfully (for me) he is planning on doing it solo as I don't fancy trying to keep up on the climbs, never mind the runs between.
I will probably end up being the water carrier.
Maybe a year's rock climbing and a winter on the wall might gird my loins to have a go next year.
