10 miles 2500 feet. If I had had my head-mounted video camera with me (which I don't yet own) I could have shown you the raven that did several fly pasts to escort me and Max the dog off it's land.

A stomach cramped 9.75 miles around Ilkley Moor. Windy, with an ominous sense of winter creeping slowly upon me. Saw a miserable walker too who didn't have the courtesy to respond to my chirpy "hello". Oh well, soon be Christmas.
6 and a bit miles and around 1600ft climb on otley chevin tonight (4 x 1.5m loop from the top down to the outbuildings just below the whitehouse). Nice steady hour.
Also walked up to Simon Fell this morning through the valley of desolation and back with my 3 year old. He did well, didn't have to carry him at all. He even found a grassy hill to run up and down, never heard of toddler hill reps

60 mins steady eddie on and off road mix (60/40 in road favour)
20 mins or so stretching/core exercises while watching Vuelta
8 miles on the road but with 1500ft of climbing. Hurt like hell but feel much better for it.
6 miles 1400ft post work scamper for me last night. Club run tonight, and have brought a change of clothes to leave at work for tomos first running commute to work which should be a 12 mile round trip. Shame it's on the roads.
9 mile hilly club run last night, legs still dead from monday night but managed ok. Big climb from the river to the Billing was a killer

Several runs around Northwood and the local area - all streets - God how boring.
Bring back the Dorset countryside and even that is flat and mundane (just dont bring back the job)!
Never mind I will slowly find some off road runs.
