5 x 5mins @ 15% gradient on the treadmill. 5 minute rest periods which were a combination of walking and jogging.
Another tough session, and my final hill session before next friday's race.

There will be no evening run as i'm off to watch the athletics at the Loughborough Grand Prix. Should be some real good quality racing.... the men's 1500m in particular looking very spicy.
