2.5 miles, 20ft climbing first run in 2 weeks due to well dodgy calfs, all seemed good other than very flat and too short! Good to be running again though
How much is that doggie in the window.........?:w00t:

A very gentle 5 miles and 450' at the Much Wenlock end of Wenlock Edge, by way of a recovery run after the Exe to Axe. Feeling less stiff now, thankfully.

Lovely evening, woods just starting to come into bud. First T shirt and shorts run of the year!

    Yesterday

4 and a bit "recovery" miles, barefoot and in Vibrams. Even though it was a recovery run I still put in over 200 metres climb as I think its good not to be too lazy...

Just took it real slow and had a bit of a sit down to enjoy the moment at the top of the hill.
