How does your loop vary from the Skyline?

Basically continue past the turn off on the Shropshire way to the gliding club, then head down past the forest and out into Minton, head down over the railway and A49 at Queensbatch Mill, up to Oakwood farm, then round the knoll and pick up the path onto Ragleth hill

Impressed - that must make it well over 20 miles.

The last 60% was enough for me today - Stretton - Caradoc - Lawley - High Park - Mott's Road - Stretton. 12 miles ish in a pretty gentle 2:29:46, but at least I ran up the long climb from Gogbatch to the top of Mott's Road - which I couldn't manage in the race last week. Nice to have a bit of cooler weather!

4 miles and 750' on the Wrekin by way of a very gentle "Wreckie"!

Never found either the Heros or BMX paths before - both are petty good and the BMX is a nice fast descent (not to self - wear studs next time, not road shoes!)

6 x 150ft hill reps. Was just about warmed up by time I'd finished

Really struggling with focus and motivation atm

A gentle 15 miles of the long Grin N Bear it route. Quite boggy in places ( about three miles of the route).
