17.5 miles with a quite astonishing 303ft ascent. And most of that would have been hopping over stiles!

Just forcing myself out of the house for 16 miles along the Sandstone Trail. Sometimes you just know it's supposed to be a duvet day. Really really not looking forward to this...

12 beautiful miles of trail running, first few up disused walkway, into and through the magnificent Castle Eden Dene ( as featured on secret britain not so long back ) and back along the cliff tops of the East Durham coast, done at an easy pace, Eerielly still and quiet too

About halfway up Skiddaw, didn't go to the top as it was late. Was with hubby so kept going ahead for a bit then running back to him! First proper incline of the year! More tomorrow. :thumbup:

Quick blast this aft, 3.7miles 1120ft climbing 7mins off pb. Fourth run this week and legs are ready for an easy weekend.
90 min spin class with 3 x sub-7-min miles either side to get there and back. My own little duathlon ...
Calder Valley Round yesterday. 3:20 for 16 miles and approx 4000 feet. Clag down big time for second half. Enjoyed my first run out after the virus.
