Whoopsie Matt-pt! How long til the Mrs is back? Glad it isn't raining? (Well it isn't here anyway).

Wet run yesterday in my lunch break. Warm and sunny today for my lunch time run. Have done a work out at home in the meantime, and my legs are seriously aching now :sneaky: Might not manage tomorrow's run, I bet I won't be able to hardly walk

Kettlewell, Arncliffe, Monks Road, Malham Tarn, Street Gate, Mastiles Lane, Kilnsey, Coniston, back via the Dales Way.

Surprisingly wet and windy up top.

    A steady 3 and a half hours.

She was back at 4:30pm, luckly though my brother had a spare pair of my business keys and a nice shower and some clean clothes so worked out ok.

Did 6 mile on the treadmill today 10 min warm up and 40 min LT run followed by weights!
