    Re: Today's Training

10 miles/2500ft on North Yorks Moors inc Roseberry Topping twice. Felt absolutely ill, stomach upset and tired (probs due to the child allowing me about 3 hours sleep!)
Anyway it was a beautiful sunny day, just wished I could have enjoyed it more. Legs were like jelly!
Tried my new Mudclaws for the first time...really comfortable and not a hint of blister

7 and a half miles for me as well, around Leicestershire's second highest point (no less!). Really lovely sunset.

20 miles up the Washburn valley starting at Lindley bridge and taking in Swinsty, Fewston and Thruscross reservoirs before heading back. Beautiful day for it, took me 5 mins short of 3hrs

Just under 10 miles around Hartest in Suffolk - just over 1,000 ft of up/down so equivalent to a CM. Great way to start the weekend.

    Looks that way doesn't it
Think I caught it in time and started walking. Had I run the rest of Trollers I imagine it would have been more serious, happy days
