A cool damp mizzly day in the Southern Dales for my 3 hours/c14 miles/2400ft climb from Skyreholme via Trollers Gill, Dibbles Bridge, Appletreewick Pasture, Dales Way from Harlington to Howgill, up into the clag of Simons Seat, Lords Seat, Great Pock Stones, Forest Road and Skyreholme Bank with a few bits of exploring + heather walking thrown in for good measure

Dog's first Birthday tomorrow so celebrated by giving her the longest run she's had. 20m/3500ft over to Stoodley Pike and back. She loved it, steady 4 hours, man and dog in perfect harmony, up to her neck in bog at one point, it's a dog's life:w00t:

    She loves malt loaf too!
    Hills and Guinness!

Merrypoochylegs, like that MG. Natural she is, just keeps running and running, she probably did closer to 30m. Felt like i'd just done a short one, so yes, feeling stronger:thumbup:

18 miles in 2hr 30 this morning on tarmac with about 1700ft ascent according to garmin. Should have been a 20 miler but the ball and chain only allowed me a 2hr 30 min slot!
41 mile total for the week
