    Just a poxy 35 mins on my bike!

    Well I am meant to be tapering!

    should get an hour in this afternoon!

    Nowt tomorrow (well maybe a mtb ride if the weather is as good as they say......good weather in Bolton....I'll believe it when I see it)

    Then Gin Pit 5 on sunday and less than a week to go.....

    17miles/6500ft somewhere in the lakes - And was it warm!

    Met a couple of American tourists and pointed out Ben Nevis
    and Snowdon on the horizon.

    Anniversary Waltz with alwaysinjured & his mate & sunnysideup. As Huwski said, lovely weather.
    We met two Fat Boys - Dave & Barry - who were running to Buttermere from Portinscale.
    Following his success at Edale I believe Lloyd is considering going "down and up"
    from Robinson to Hindscarth but we didn't try it on this occasion.

    It was incredibly hazy too! - even close peaks looked miles and miles away!
