    Cheers Shaun!

Hit just short of 40mi this weekend:

    Sat - http://connect.garmin.com/activity/82427187
    Sun - http://connect.garmin.com/activity/82673070

Stats for the week: 61.53mi, 6,905ft of climb. Apart from the HTOP segment of Sat's run though, all on road. Hey-ho, needs must.

16.5 miles worth of 3 peaks on Saturday. Rested sunday, 5 miles on Otley Chevin yesterday, and 8.5 miles round Harewood today with the club. Feeling better now, shame about the peaks but hey, there's always next year

1st target is 245 m8 then anything toward 240 is a bonus, I think I could nail a sub 240 but im to chicken to go hard from the outset, instead prefering to get through the first 16 without much stress than try and kick on.......injured my ankle doing a fell race on the moors last night but it should clear in a day or two fingers crossed
