I know that feeling of getting out after a month or two off, I'm afraid. Brilliant, if a bit of a nervous, feeling.

Ran the furthest I've run this morning - 18 miles.

Found it hard, but pleased to have done it!

Just 2.6 mile recovery run this morning with Mrs Stagger.
Trying to run yesterdays race out of the legs.
Started nice but got done by a hail storm.

Bit of a poor one today - was hoping to have a crack at a 3 hour round of the local trig points (loxley 5 trigs) but had absolutely no motivation or energy all day. At about 4 o'clock I managed to haul myself out of the door, only did about 6 miles (and plenty of hills) and that took an hour...

Not sure what was up really, had a decent night sleep (11pm-6am), healthy breakfast, reasonable lunch and should have loved to go out as I had school reports to write... Ah well, hopefully I'll get it done soon.

Ta... was hard work passing and staying in front of Keith and Tom S on the last descent.

As for the 5 trigd, I'd better do it soon then if I want a chance of beating Tom W's record, as you'll be quicker! I'll let you know when I'm running it if you want company
