It was one of my usual last-minute decisions as to where to run. Parked in the layby just after the cattle grid, around and over Hope hill before picking up millennium way path. Plan was to go to 12 Apostles then along the tracks to Stocks Hill before heading back but as I said starting suffering in heat!

    Late run tonight methinks!

5m/900ft hill reps, lovely evening. 11m bike to work and back with bit of carrying uphill as well.

2 x 550ft on Ilkley Moor. Nice to see a curlew sat on the cairn at top of 2nd climb

I'm pretty sure I remember you saying you'd never do another hill rep again. Mind you, you were slogging your way up Great Gable after 19+ hours of running at the time!

4 and a bit miles racing the Vets GP at meanwood last night. Quite a fun race with some pretty technical terrain, shame they told us it was 5 miles or I could've gone a bit faster I think. 15th overall in 28:41 (I really feel I should do better at these but there are some bloody good vets out there)

Just over 8 miles and 1600 feet up and down in 1:34. From Wessenden head to Wrigley's cabin to the Sabre Wreck to the Swordfish wreck to Soldiers Lump and down the Dun Hill motorway and up to the Meteor Wrecks at Sliddens. Up the Tanky's trod to Soldiers Lump and back to Wessy head. Its nice to be back.
