Into upper Settle, past the empty reservoir, onto Lambert's Lane, up Sugar Loaf Hill for some extra climb, up path along Attermire Scar then onto Warrendale Knotts, down by Middle High Hill, onto Banks Lane, then home through the market place.
Stopped at trig on Warrendale Knotts to look at the setting sun raking across the Ribble Valley and lighting up Pendle Hill.

A solo run over Kinder , a couple of good climbs and about 90 minutes all told, don't know the distance, don't care. stunning sunset and back to the car just before the head torch was needed.

That climb is quite a deceptive slog and often a relief to have to stop for traffic when crossing the A65!

Getting back into things after calf problems in early August, 6.2miles/920ft in 65mins on Chevin & Danefield tonight - nice relaxed pace with clubmates.

5 miles around the Wessenden Valley. 950 feet up and down in 50 mins. A tad warm.

Nice hour and a bit on Strines moor/Derwent Edge on Tuesday, think I did about 7 miles and 3 hills.

Breakfast run from Accellerate shop this morning, 10 minute warmup followed by 4 x 1km(ish) intervals at 4:40 each then a 20 minute run back/cool down. Today's was done with the baby in his running pram.

4 miles over the fields. Didn't go out until 8pm so really could have done with a head torch in a few places through the trees!

8 hill reps with around a 1000ft of climb tonight on Otley Chevin, short hard ones so only around 2.5 miles in total.

anglezarke amble in the sun - but really struggled to motivate myself to run for some sections and had an incident with a herd of unfriendly cows
