    up causey pike on buttermere route to coledale horse shoe path/cross round the horse shoe n back over causey same way foul weather wet windy n clag .
    runner followed me up grizedale pike but didnt see him after that, anyone off here?

    Mickleden Straddle route from Iron Gates CP. Did a little variation up Wilferry Edge and part way down again. 2600ft ups and downs, 12.74 in just under 2:28. Nice.

    must have just missed you. i did a liesurely run from Irongate up the little porter/upper Don this morning, back home for 1.00pm

    I was out of the Car Park and on the way home for 11:15. Saw some one running with two collies running up past little cut and on towards outer edge. Plenty of weekend warriors pushing bikes up Mickleden!

    18 miles round the hills of Rossendale with dogs and Mrs.Crumblydown, even the dog's got a finishers certificate with their names on:thumbup:
