Trying to get some exercise as can't run with my bashed ribs at the moment. So....... 3 miles walk in local park, followed by swimming attempt (only 16 lengths before it got too achey). Things feeling a bit better......... might try a 10 minute run in the next few days.

After 3 days off with a cold I managed 5 miles this morning.
A sauna this afternoon and I should be ok for Lamb's Longer Leg tomorrow.
Nothing since last Sunday. Ribs are still very sore and my posture is all wonky. Gonna try a walk up to Cock Hill this afternoon.
Will try and get over to the Lambs Leg tommorrow to take some pictures - Looking forward to snapping some forumites in pain on the climbs. This is a little beast of a course
