Friday, another 10 on the road to work with rucksack. Today 9.7 miles on snow forest tracks with mates, then did another 8 on the road by myself. 67 miles for this week.

7.2. miles 1003 feet (according to Map-my-run) - to Pikestone, up the fell side and over Wether beds, onto Coldberry Moss to Hardberry trig and home in the dying light - very wet snow under foot. Last bit of freedom before work tomorrow - yuk!

11.2 Sunday Steady 8"30 min miles

So cold, just brutal at the moment. -12, being out for any longer than 1:30 really hurts.

'fraid not Rev. I did consider going along to one of their Hamsterley Forest thursday evening meets, but never really managed to get my ar*se into gear.

Box ticking shortie tonight (I'll make you for it tomorrow...honest) on my Stolly inspired run-everyday routine (started 24/10/13). 4 miles, head torching to Lodge Sike and back along the lane - light drizzle.

steady run in the snow, 14 miles 7:55 pace.. didnt leave til gone 8 struggled to get motivated, almost 0 degrees C.. tropical..

Logging in to the Fra Forums training page to see the what miles IainR has done today has become the highlight of my day,if I did that kind of weekly mileage a would last a proximately a week before something went pop. I don't know how you do it man and hold down a full time job, but I doff my proverbial hat to you.
