7.2. miles 1003 feet (according to Map-my-run) - to Pikestone, up the fell side and over Wether beds, onto Coldberry Moss to Hardberry trig and home in the dying light - very wet snow under foot. Last bit of freedom before work tomorrow - yuk!

Logging in to the Fra Forums training page to see the what miles IainR has done today has become the highlight of my day,if I did that kind of weekly mileage a would last a proximately a week before something went pop. I don't know how you do it man and hold down a full time job, but I doff my proverbial hat to you.
