    Looks outside

Yep, weather has turned to hideousness

    Smiles, beings running season proper

7m Monday, 1hr on the bike yesterday morning and 6.5m in the evening with some speed play thrown in. I can feel a good training frenzy developing now I can run on the hills without picking up enough ticks to look like I contracted some weird form of tick measles.

Ah! The joys of the North Yorks Moors. Boding from Redcar/Saltburn way, I've done a lot of cycling up there, on and off road. Not so much long distance running though. Mid-week series, been around Rosedale etc. Great place to explore. I'm entered Hardmoor100 next year so I'll be getting back over there to recce etc. Might be at Whitby XC this w/e running for New Marske Harriers

I'm just getting back on it a bit after a wee rest etc. Did a nice loop over and around Ingleborough @14m/3500' I think. Today I did a road run of 6m dropping back into Ingleton on the Beesley side of Ingleton Waterfall Walk. Doing plenty in gym ,swim etc, and trying to keep getting out on the bike as much as I can fit in.

Head Torch run up to, what I now call Ingleborough Top Gate i.e. The last (..only!?) gate on the Ingleton-Ingleborough route. 3 mile round trip...nice!

A steady 20 mins (on the road sorry) trying to regain my mojo which has definitely left the building at present, the fact that my mate ragged me for not running Dunnerdale, which is only down the road has sort of inspired me to get out again, I'll beat him next year if my vest fits by then any advice on mojo regaining will be gratefully recieved...
