Me too. Two weeks out from a marathon, been running 30k on Sundays and 50k or so midweek. Didn't make it to watch Zegama (didn't think it'd be the best use of time!) but heard the TV chopper from the next valley. Awful run btw, it was over 25º and my leg felt bad from the get go.
Been carrying a sore upper thigh/hip/groin for a week or two. Hard to pinpoint where the problem is, mobility is fine but any sort of impact is slightly painful - hopping on the spot for instance. I've got a regular physio appt coming up, hopefully shed some light.
