Roddlesworth and Darwen Moor, just over 6 miles, 1200ft, 75 minutes.
Very wet, but really enjoyed it.
Hardly a soul out.

Great week that!
A steady 11.5 miles and 2300ft over two sessions today. Trying to keep the mileage reasonably high, although a bit less emphasis on climb this week.
Near five miles evening walk in Brontë country taking in various bits of the Hobble plus Woodentops outings. Stunning night to be out and we were treated to a brief but close view of a SEO
Saturday longish jog. Started by little Tryfan. Up onto Gallt yr Ogof. Circuit over Glyders and Y Garn before dropping to Ogwen for Tea and sausage roll. Up Pen yr Olewen over the Carnedds, Craig yr Ysfa and towards pen yr hegi ddu. Drop down the waterboard road back to start. 17.5 miles and 6500 feet.
LB. I did see the water course and it is an unusual feature. I was rather suffering going down that road so didn't have time to make that judgement, but next time will stop and have a closer look. I think there is a similar feature on the flanks of Raise as well just above the St Johns in the Vale hamlet?
Club session tonight in torrential rain. 6 x 1km. Started off the session with good intentions, but still got fatigue in the legs from Saturday so had to back off. Couldn’t really get under 4min/km pace, which is a long way off the pace I should be comfortably hitting, and called it a night after 4 reps.
Total for the day was 9 miles, of which 2.5 miles could almost be considered as effort.
Will have to back right off tomorrow with a very easy day.
