Up to the quarry, up to Alphin and down to Greenfield. Home along the Huddersfield Road back to Carrbrook. Feeling better today but legs a little tired. Hopefully will be back on sessions later in the week.

You Foot plodders get me confused. I meant Running Man (IC)

I was planning on starting to do a long hilly bike ride once a week as part of my winter training plan but didn't like the clag this morning sooo.....

3 mile warm up followed by 3x3.40 hill reps 3mile warm down Inc a long climb back over the hill to my house.

Bike ride am tommorrow followed by slow evening run then Thursday off

Great little 5.5 mile loop up Hameldon hill. Seemed to fly round, loads of traction from the new 290's which are now softened up and are comfy. just hope the niggle at the very top of my hamstring does not track down and get worse....................
